In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "apk2room", "we", "us", "our" refers to apk2room and its operating entity, including its officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Platform" refers to the apk2room website at apk2room.org, its mobile-optimised interface, Progressive Web App (PWA), and all related gaming services offered thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile held with apk2room, through which the player accesses games, places bets, and manages funds.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to any Pakistani Rupee (PKR) amounts deposited by the player or credited by apk2room (including bonuses) and held in the player's account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive issued by apk2room subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by apk2room before certain account actions, including withdrawals, are permitted.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any financial stake placed by a player on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, or other game of chance offered on the Platform.

By accessing the apk2room Platform, clicking "I Agree" during account registration, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unequivocally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and apk2room. They govern your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, between you and apk2room.

apk2room reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Access to and use of the apk2room Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. apk2room strictly prohibits access by underage individuals. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2. You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a professional or commercial entity.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
4. You have not previously been excluded from apk2room or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion agreement or regulatory enforcement order.
5. You are of sound mind and are not under duress or the influence of substances that impair judgement when accessing or using the Platform.

apk2room reserves the right to decline registration, suspend an account, or refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.

To access the full range of services on apk2room, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the apk2room Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances. This applies regardless of whether the accounts were opened simultaneously or at different times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. apk2room will never contact you to request your password. Any action taken through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify apk2room support immediately.

apk2room reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at account opening, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing.

apk2room supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your apk2room account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation by the relevant payment provider. apk2room is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all required KYC verification checks before any withdrawal can be processed.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method previously used to deposit into your apk2room account, or to a verified account held in your own name.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• apk2room reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above defined thresholds.
• Processing times for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically under five (5) minutes after approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) typically process within two (2) to four (4) hours on business days.

All funds deposited with apk2room are held in segregated accounts, meaning they are kept separate from apk2room's operational funds. This ensures player balances are protected at all times.

All bets placed on apk2room are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published within each game or market interface and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets on apk2room:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by apk2room, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where an explicit cash-out option is available for that market.
• apk2room reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that result from a manifest pricing error, technical fault, or data feed failure.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and data feed availability. apk2room is not liable for bets not accepted due to connection interruptions on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may differ across cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, slot games, and wheel games.
• apk2room reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or in any single session without prior notice.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not complete under the applicable rules, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

Settlement decisions made by apk2room in good faith, including decisions regarding void bets, are final and binding. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised with apk2room's support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event result being published.

apk2room offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL season specials. All promotions are governed by these Terms and Conditions as well as the specific terms published for each individual promotion.

The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions on apk2room unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the promotion. Uncompleted wagering results in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered player and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other account or individual.
• apk2room reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, low-risk wagering strategies intended to convert bonus funds, or collusion between accounts, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the apk2room Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading, or exploitation of privileged information when placing bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to derive financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploited errors are considered void.
• Attempting to launder money or use apk2room for any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or betting markets.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards apk2room staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any content, software, or intellectual property owned by or licensed to apk2room.

apk2room employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers and regulatory authorities to identify and address prohibited conduct. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected.

All content on the apk2room Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, audio, video, data compilations, and page layouts, is the property of apk2room or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No other licence is granted, whether express or implied.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from the apk2room Platform without our express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk2room, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

apk2room does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.

In no event shall apk2room's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

apk2room is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all registered players. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law.
